File size limit

It looks like there is a limit to the file size the GPI generator can handle. I tried creating a file consisting of ALL the files under Boston, Boston Harbor Walking Tours. I think this ends up being about 50MB. The GPI generator creates a small 50 byte file that isn't even recognized by my nuvi 660. I was able to create a GPI with just one of the BHWT files, resulting in a 1.5MB file. I'd rather not have to create 20 individual files. What is the file size limit?

Reproduced Problem

I was able to reproduce the problem. Sorry for the hassle. The file size limit is currently set to 100MB. This is another problem. I was able to get a tour that had all the BHWT stops except for one. Then it behaved exactly as you described. I'll figure it out and report back.
