I assume you mean custom POIs? Unfortunately if you saved them with POI Loader then you are out of luck. You can delete them all, but it's tough to take them off one by one. POI Loader adds each new custom POI to a single file. POI Loader will over write it each time so if you load the custom POIs you want to keep again then you will have effectively removed the one you don't want.
